Reklame Exploitatie Maatschappij  (REM)

(In late 1964  ownership of REM Island was transferred to Expoitatacion De Construcciones Martitima Excomarsa (registered in Panama) and broadcasting rights for Radio and TV Noordzee were transferred to a British company, High Seas Television Ltd., of London  

The  assets of REM were transferred to a new organisation - Televisie en Radio Omreop Stichting (TROS) which was formed by some of the people behind the REM Project with the objective of applying for a temporary licence to transmit from the artificial Island.)
